It was broken on the lever piece when I got it and customer service hasn’t responded to my request for a replacement.

Bought it as a gift for my daughter and she absolutely loves it.

The belt works very well. I think you guys just need to put longer screws in the actual lever part they keep popping out and are way to hard to get in
