It came with stains on one of the knee sleeves. It almost looked like with was used.

I love the product but I accidently ordered the wrong size and have been emailing constantly about exchanging for a size smaller and have heard nothing. Terrible customer service and will not be buying here again unless you guys fix the customer service problem

I got the Japanese cherry blossom knee sleeves and wrist wraps, and so far I’m loving them! I was expecting the flowers to be pink but they’re red in person, which I don’t mind at all.
I had a question about my order and emailed the support email but never received a reply. So good luck if you need any help or a refund!
