The product appears to be nice quality. I purchased it for my son, and he was so excited. Unfortunately, the lever doesn't stay closed. In order to make a return, you have to email them to start the process. I have emailed 3 times and still haven't received a response. Based on my experience with their lack of customer service, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

The belt did not ship with the lever contacted customer service and have not received an answer. Still waiting on lever.

What they dont tell you is that they have to make it, so takes around 3 weeks. No customer service. A bit hard to put together since so stiff but is very cute.
