The product appears to be nice quality. I purchased it for my son, and he was so excited. Unfortunately, the lever doesn't stay closed. In order to make a return, you have to email them to start the process. I have emailed 3 times and still haven't received a response. Based on my experience with their lack of customer service, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I have a 27” inch waist and got a small. I can barely get the belt to close and it’s super stiff. I’ve never had a belt this stiff. It feels like hard plastic. You better off with a leather belt from Amazon sadly which is a shame because the red blossom pattern is so cute.

The belt did not ship with the lever contacted customer service and have not received an answer. Still waiting on lever.
